Feng Shui for Real Estate

Recently I was researching Feng Shui. Wow there is really something to it! Positive energies and good karma. I found a specialist who helps others with feng shui and their homes.  She had questions and answers regarding feng shui:

Q.Can Feng Shui hurdle this difficult marketplace. I was blitz'n and it's like everything stopped all at once. I need HELP!
A.The answer is both yes and no. Feng Shui can command top dollar in any market, but it cannot hurdle an over priced listing. We don't know where the bottom is yet, but I will share this with you. Over 80% of the REALTORS in our Certification course are having their best year, ever, in real estate! It's because they have learned how to communicate Elementally with their clients, and have learned how to set "powerful" INTENTION within the Ba-gua.
Q.I recently purchased a new home and was wondering if the design on my pointed roof top are poison arrows? If yes, then how do I correct this design?
A.If it's on top of your roof, it actually protects you. It's the neighbors that need to be concerned! They need to keep Sha chi... destructive ENERGY... moving away from their homes. The placement of a wind chime, flag, wind sock or a moving metal object will mitigate some of the negative effect. However, if the arrows are severe more than this should be considered.
Q.I just received my SOFT WOOD element audio and slept towards the SE last night. I slept well but now my head is in direct alignment with the door to a bedroom that empties into a long hallway. If my door is closed, would the long hallway impact my health.
A.Yes. Chi moves through everything, even mountains. It's a powerful, invisible life force. A long hallway creates a fast moving pathway of energy, known as a poison arrow. I would select one of your three other good directions to play safe, especially if you are the metal element. If there was not a long hallway present, you would be fine sleeping the way you are.
Q.I purchased a house that's on lot # 4 and there are two 4's in the address too. I love the house but heard it's bad Feng Shui to have 4's. Should I cancel the contract?
A.If you are not Chinese or Asian, it will not affect you. The number four in Chinese sounds like the word death, thus they fear this number. Set the Intention that your home is totally protected with or without fours!
Q.I am a REALTOR and I have a listing on the market 95 days now, that has 100% of friendly relations missing and all of career area missing, what can I do to sell this house?
A.It is impossible to have both the Career and Friendly Relations/Benefactors gua areas missing. What you have described is actually an extension of Spirituality and Knowledge. This is a GOOD thing, not bad thing! Capitalize on it and redo the Feng Shui accordingly.
Q.Do I include the garage in the Ba-gua when I Feng Shui a listing?
A.Include the garage in the energy blueprint, if it cuts into the floor plan (or it takes away part of a square). If the garage extends outside the parameters of the structure or is free standing, it is not included in the Ba-gua.
Q.We are a software company. When we Feng Shui our booth for the next expo, should we include a fountain in the Wealth area?
A.

WATER is not a good element at a computer/software show, as Water puts out Fire - your industry's element. I would recommend a green plant or a beautiful light fixture in the Wealth gua instead to either metaphorically grow the wealth or light up the wealth.

Q.What is the best shape carpet to have at the entry way?
A.If the entry room allows, I always suggest octagon, oval or round to slow down and spin the Chi as it enters your home. This allows energy to circulate everywhere, as energy follows whatever pathway it is shown, including climbing walls and ceilings too.
Q.I'm thinking of selling my home and would like to know the best place to put the For Sale sign. I've been told both the right and the left of the front door. I'm confused and thought you could help me.
A.Although we typically use one side more often than the other, signage is determined by the shape of the land and the shape of the house. So, believe it or not, your listing knows the best place for the sign! If you are a REALTOR you can learn about the importance of placement (and more) in COLOR YOUR LISTINGS SOLD.
