News websites and TV news keep saying negative things about the market. It is not all gloom.
It is a great time to be a buyer! There are a lot of homes to choose from if you are buying. A lot of great choices! And even thought the sub-prime loans are not around much, there are still some great programs out there to help get first time homebuyers and other buyers into homes! This is positive news!!!
Houses are still selling. Granted the hardest to be sold are the $6-800,000 range. The $3-550,000 are selling after a little bit longer time than sellers were used to last year. But they are selling...
Houses in the higher price range are selling. The buyers can afford to buy even in this market...it is just a matter of them finding the right home. And yes, again houses are still sitting on the market longer, but eventually they sell. This is positive news!!
