An internet search engine is a wonderous thing. Google used to be the best, Bing is out now. Others can be found on Dogpile. If you look on the Internet you can find almost anything.
Ever have days that just leave you wondering why? Just why,,,,in general. Have you ever just entered on the internet search engine a phrase that is running through your head?
Like "In search of hope" or "how to be happy" or "will this day get better". AS if the search engine is one of the eight ball globes that tells ones fortune when it is turned over. You won't fine the answers you may expect. Hope, happiness ....you can see stories on the web, you can see religious references, you can wallow in self pitty. Then a friend calls you up out of the blue and tells you about something. Could be something exceedingling sad...like a friend has been fighting cancer alone without telling anyone. Could be something as heart wrenching as a friend relating stories of their family in the aftermath of floods, earthquakes and tsunamis. All we can do is listen and be supportive and stop wondering why but try to give hope, try to say to our friends that it will get better, this too shall pass...or basically just listen or cry together.
Life is not easy. It is full of many challenges. We have to remind ourselves of how strong we really are inside, and that there are friends and family there for us to help us through. IF there are no friends nearby there is faith, there is hope. Never feel alone. Go out there and talk to someone. Go join a club of any kind, just go out and be with people and experience life. Get out and don't hideunder a rock. Go in search of hope and you will find it inside yourself....
